Testimonials
“I decided to see a holistic nutritionist after years of trial and error in trying to create my own health programme. Elizabeth’s knowledge and experience have opened me up to a brand new world.
I am a triathlete and a vegan so nutrition is very important to me. Without Elizabeth I would not have achieved half of my goals, my performance times have all improved. I never could have done it without her!”
“After 3 children and a stressful life schedule my hair began to thin so much so that I was becoming desperate. My doctor diagnosed low iron levels but the supplements made me feel sick.
After several very informative sessions with Elizabeth not only did my hair start to grow back, but my skin improved, my energy levels increased – plus I lost weight!”
“When I went to see Elizabeth it was my last hope. With a diagnosis of ME lasting 20 years, I had tried so many therapies without any improvement. Elizabeth was very understanding and so supportive – she was there every step of the way! Over the following months I gradually began to feel better, the transformation being such that she inspired me to go on and study nutritional medicine. Today I practice as a nutritional therapist.”
